VLSI is a record label managed by Dom and Andy from Echaskech. The name is homage to a classic rave track by Epoch 90 that we loved back in the day, and also a nod to Very Large Scale Integration where thousands of transistors were combined into a single chip, a process beginning in the 1970s which eventually enabled us and many others to make computer based music.
We are always searching out new music so please feel free to send us yours! We are not particularly limited by genre although we have a preference for ambient, techno, breaks, drum and bass, electronica and experimental.
